Online match not starting?
Check network connectivity and make sure both users are on the latest app version.

Session code is not valid?
Session codes are time-sensitive. Ask host to create a new session and retry.

Reward ad coins not credited?
Ensure ad completes fully and that cooldown has elapsed. If issue persists, email support with your UID and timestamp.

Sign-in/profile issues?
Try signing out/in again and relaunching the app.
