These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ashtachamma mobile app ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Coins and tokens displayed in the App are in-game soft currency for gameplay only (for example, online match entry fees, payouts to match winners, and similar features inside the App). They are not a currency exchange, payment service, or financial product.

4. Future In-App Purchases

When enabled, in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store under Apple billing terms. All purchase validation and coin grants are subject to server verification.

5. Account deletion

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your profile, in-game progress tied to that account (including stats and token balance), leaderboard placement, and related data we hold for that account. You may create a new account later (for example, by signing in again with Apple or Google), but previous progress, items, and balances will not be restored.

If you have signed in with Apple or Google (a linked account), you can delete your account from within the App as follows:

  1. Open the App and go to Settings (from the main menu).
  2. Tap Delete Account. (This option is shown only when you are signed in with a linked provider.)
  3. Read the information on the screen, then type DELETE in the confirmation field exactly as shown.
  4. Tap Delete my account permanently to submit the request.

When you complete these steps, we will remove your Firebase Authentication user and delete associated personal data stored in our systems for that account (including profile and wallet ledger entries on our servers), and we will end any waiting or active online matches you were in. Processing is typically immediate, but may take a short time in rare cases.

Subscriptions and billing: If you have an auto-renewable subscription or other purchases billed through Apple, deleting your App account does not automatically cancel those subscriptions. To avoid further charges, cancel or manage subscriptions in Apple’s settings (for example, on your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions), or as described in Apple’s support documentation.

If you cannot use the in-app flow (for example, you no longer have access to the App) and need help, contact us at v3trax@gmail.com from the email associated with your account if possible, and we will assist where we can subject to identity verification and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App content, design, code, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We may update, maintain, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, fraud, or legal reasons.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
